Digital Identity

One of the first projects we're going to get students thinking about is how to create their own digital domain and what they include in this to communicate their identity. This will necessitate reflecting on themselves as learners both individually and as a community, as well as developing some harder skills in using new technologies to communicate what they think and understand. So, how do we get them to think about themselves, and what kind of digital identity should the begin with? How important is it to reflect on what not to include in any online identity?

The goal is to start small and cultivate new skills and understanding, because from small acorns big oak trees grow.
